Payment questions
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free prompts are fully open to everyone. Pro prompts show only a short preview. The Pro plan unlocks every premium prompt in full and lets you copy and download them.
How do I get Pro?
Sign in (or register), choose 1 month or 12 months on the Pricing page, and pay by card on Epoint's secure page. Pro activates as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What does it cost?
1 month — 9.99 AZN (≈ $5.88), 12 months — 99.99 AZN (≈ $58.82). You are charged in AZN; the USD amounts are approximate.
Does Pro renew automatically?
No. When the period ends, premium content is locked again and you can buy again whenever you like. If you buy before your period ends, the new period is added on top of the remaining time.
Are my card details stored?
No. Card details are processed only by Epoint and the bank. PROMT stores only the transaction identifier and the start/end dates of your subscription.
I paid but Pro did not unlock
Refresh the page — activation can take a few seconds. If it still does not unlock, email contact@statix.az with your registration email and the time of payment.
Are payments refundable?
Because Pro unlocks immediately after payment, payments are non-refundable. If there is a technical problem such as a duplicate charge or Pro not activating, write to contact@statix.az.
Payment is charged in AZN. USD amounts are approximate (1 USD = 1.70 AZN). Because access to digital content is granted immediately after payment, payments are non-refundable.
