1. Description of service
PROMT is a curated catalog of AI prompts intended for use with third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others). PROMT is not affiliated with or endorsed by these AI providers.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, including keeping your password confidential.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes others' rights, or in a way that disrupts the normal operation of the service.
4. Free and Pro plans
The free prompt collection is available to everyone. The Pro plan unlocks the complete premium collection and is purchased for 1 month (9.99 AZN) or 12 months (99.99 AZN); it does not renew automatically.
Payments are processed through Epoint (epoint.az). Your card details are not stored on PROMT's servers. When your Pro period ends, premium content is locked again.
Because Pro access is delivered digitally as soon as payment is confirmed, payments are non-refundable. If you run into a technical payment problem (for example a duplicate charge or Pro not activating), contact contact@statix.az.
5. Prompt content and intellectual property
Prompts in the catalog are curated content. You may use them freely in your own work, but you may not redistribute or resell them commercially.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Within 30 days of deletion you can restore it by signing in again with the same credentials; after that period your data is permanently deleted.
7. Limitation of liability
PROMT is not responsible for the output generated by AI tools based on our prompts. The service is provided "as is".
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site.
