PROMT (operated by STATIX TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS MMC) is a curated AI prompt library available in Azerbaijani and English. This policy explains what information we collect about you, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Information we collect
Account details: first name, last name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password.
Google sign-in: your name, email and profile picture from your Google account.
Usage data: bookmarked prompts, reviews and ratings you submit, and session data needed to keep your account secure.
Analytics: anonymized site-usage statistics collected via Google Analytics.
3. How we use your information
To create and manage your account, keep your session secure, send email verification and password-reset messages (via Zoho Mail), show your bookmarks and reviews, and analyze anonymized usage to improve the service.
5. Data retention and deletion
When you delete your account, your data is kept in a recoverable state for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
Passwords are never stored in plain text — only in a securely hashed form.
6. Third-party services
We rely on Google (OAuth and Analytics), Zoho Mail (transactional email) and Epoint (payment processing) to operate the service. These providers have their own privacy policies.
When you pay, your card details are processed only by Epoint and the bank. We store just the transaction identifier and the start/end dates of your subscription.

You can view and update your data from your account settings, and request deletion of your account at any time. Contact us with any other questions.
